[Elecraft] Power level displays when K2 VFO turns?

Well, seems I wasn't alone in seeing these phantom displays & folks have noted
that they happen for other functions & can happen as a result of other user
interaction with the rig (not necessarily when tuning the VFO).

Another I saw this weekend was after toggling VFOs - trying to find where the
boys in V6 or the 5W were QSXing & what happened was after flip-flopping
back & forth to prove that I was listening to the guy the DX just worked, the
power display popped up a moment after toggling back - but now I can't recall
if it was after I transmitting.

Interesting observation from WA8THK regarding the felt washer - will give 
that a
go at some point.  I do a lot of tuning around & I don't know why, but when the
display does this it's a bit distractive & either it happens a lot or 
doesn't happen
at all.  The common denominator seems to be tuning - wonder if it has to do
with the CPU not keeping up with the encoder sometimes?
