Not really...sometimes you have to enclose them in < and > as below:

<http://elecraft.com/TechNotes/SigTr/K2 Cheap 'n Dirty Signal =

Basically, if you use web links with spaces in them, whether
you are using IE or Netscape matters...some of them insert=20
"percent two zero" characters in there to make it work.=20

The above URL should work if you cut and paste, but it would be
best if Eric removes all spaces from the names, to make it
compatible for all!
