I've noticed that the HI CUR warning sometimes comes on when operating on 30
meters.

I checked the current on the K2 display at full output into a dummy load and
got these results:
Band     Current
80M      2.10
40M      2.08
30M      3.80
20M      3.30
17M      3.28
15M      2.50
12M      2.50
10M      2.10

Why such wide variations?  I do notice on 30 and 20 CW the fan comes on
after a pretty short period of sending, < 1 minute.

I suspect it's in the filters, but I used toroid guy toroids and doubt
they're wound wrong.

Any suggestions?
