[Elecraft] 707 vs 808

I have "inherited" a Hakko 707 desoldering station from a defunct 
startup.  I used it a bit on my K2 errors, and after cleaning it's 
filter and snugging things up a bit, it seemed to do an OK (but not 
stunning) job of sucking solder; I did wind up using braid as well in 
some cases.

Question: is it worthwhile upgrading to the 808?  What are the 
differences between the 707 and 808?
