[Elecraft] Help: Flashing F in cw mode

You have the Fast Play facility working. That's what the F indicates.
The reason you're getting FPLY 4 when you push the pre/att button is
because it is now programmed for fast play, i.e., single button play. You
must have already programmed PF1 or PF2 to toggle FPLY on and off. So, to
turn it off, and regain the regular use of pre/att, press and hold either
PF1 or PF2 to toggle FPLY off. This is all documented in the manual that
comes with the version 2 Firmware upgrade.
