[Elecraft] Wants and Excess Stuff

Thanks to all!  Quite the amazing response to my "Wants and Excess Stuff"
post.    All the wants except for the KAT100-1 have been met  - really
didn't expect to find the KAT100-1 - will have to melt some solder after my
travels ;-)

The only thing I still have is the free shield from the "shield upgrade."
(got two shields).  Let me know if you want it for the cost of mailing.  '
