I have several saved files on ARGO and tests run last year
with ARGO. On another note, I have set up DigiPan for
Frequency Measuring and WWV checks.

Several free DSP programs are available to decode QRSS (VY SLOW Speed CW)
transmissions. ARGO and SPECTRAN are two popular programs which are
available on the web. You can do a web search on the program names to
find the appropriate URL's to download these DSP programs, or use the
built-in links at http://www.ussc.com/~turner/qrss1.html.
To use these programs, simply patch your receiver's headphone audio into
the line or mic input of your computer's soundcard. Then set the DSP
program parameters for the appropriate QRSS speed and audio input source.
ARGO is very intuitive and easy to set up.
