Hope I didn't bite off more than I can chew here.

I got to the part were you put all the boards together and power up for the
first time.  No smoke... that's a good thing.

When I turned on the K2 I heard a few relays click as the manual suggests
should happen.  But then nothing.  Nothing on the LCD, it didn't even light
up.

I checked F1 and have 13.8v from both sides to ground.

Don't know which pins on the CB should show voltage, but I find that

Pin 7 = 6.5v
17 = 5.1v
(did not check the row of even numbered pins.

I have not taken off the CB yet to see what if anything is getting to the
Front panel board.  Hope it is something simple.
