[Elecraft] OT Airport restrictions

I don't know the exact spec, but there is a height limitation based on
distance from the runway.  Not sure if it is the same in line with
the runway versus off to the side.
Possibly an FAA web site might have the info.  Or a call to a local
airport comm shop might also do it.

I may have cause to move close to an airport in the near future. Does anyone
know what, if any restrictions there might be for operating hf. This would
be within a mile of the runways.
