[Elecraft] k2 smeter

Can anyone point me in the right direction. My k2 is built and rx/tx =
fine. I am listening to vk9ns while typeing! but I still have 2 faults. =
The s meter does not budge on a strong signal. I have cal hi and low as =
per book and builders reports(cal hi with rf gain at 9.00 oclock). The =
voltages on u2 pin 1 with agc on and agc off are the same as =
reported(3.8v on/3.44 off). The meter is set to dot and works fine on =
transmit
