[Elecraft] KAT2 R6 instructions, was KAT2 Bridge null adjustment

I agree that the manual could use a bit more early warning on R6.

I didn't install at step 2 of page 4 (although I was tempted), but by
page 6, when the Control board seemed complete, and the manual listed
the MPU, J4 and J5 as components that would be installed later (without
mentioning R6) I assumed I had missed something and installed R6.
Before doing the cables, I decided to write an email to Elecraft about
the missing instructions for R6, but pulled the PDF manual down to
search for all references to R6 before I did so. Needless to say, I
was glad I did! At least R6 is in an easy spot for desoldering, and
now it's leads are pre-trimmed to the perfect length for installation
after I calibrate. Hi Hi

A sentence added at page 4 step 2 to the effect that R6 will be
installed after calibration, and possibly adding it to the list of
uninstalled components in the note on page 6 would make things a bit
clearer.

FWIW, I've done a bit of kit building, and I have to say that the
Elecraft manuals are without peer, despite this minor suggestion! And
the ability to download them as searchable PDFs is totally awesome! It
might be worth suggesting that in the preamble to the manual, as
searching the manual would answer many of the questions I've seen
posted to the reflector even faster than it's already amazing speed.

Cheers,
