This BPL or PLC in Europe will effect us all. If we get it first, then,
and are unable to copy HF siganls there would be presumably no reply to
American CQ's directed towards Europe. Only hope that it will never come.
It requires all national amateur radio societies to take up arms and not
leave it to just the ARRL and the RSGB
