[Elecraft] K2 - VCO-Test (Alignment an d Test, Part II)

Hello
I am assembling a K2 (#3613). I have a problem with the VCO-Test as
described on page 57 of the manual. The freqzuency counter (K2) shows me
about 1.3MHz and not 8-10MHz. The frequency is not stabil - it changes very
quickly about +/-10 Hz. When I tried to adjust the Voltage at R30 I got
constantly 8.2V. I can turn on L30 - there is no effect. I read something to
add on turn at t5 primary-winding. I made t5 as shown in the manual.
Has somebody more information to solve this problem?
