[Elecraft] S/N 3394 C75 NOT installed

On page 49, installing capacitors,  I noticed my C75 located
on the left side of the board near K13 is not installed.
There is a C71, C72, C73, C74,  but C75 is missing from the
series.   The install instructions are on page 49 in the top section.
C75 is shown in the picture on Figure 1, Appendix D
-K2 Detail Pictures,  and shown on the schematic Appendix
B at the VFO Range Selection, with a C75 coming off
K13 with the value  470.  

Is this an error or oversight?
