Gerhard,

Contact spray is only a temporary solution. I'm glad this worked for you, but
the important thing is that you also made the circuit change. The original
circuit was inherently noisy at low volume settings, and is recommended for
anyone with an older K2. Without the mod, you'd reach a point where the contact
spray would no longer help.
