I'll try and answer your questions except for the first one. I'm not
familiar with the details of the K60XV.

It is not "manditory", but any RF sensing relay driver must have RF to work
and by definition will foreshorten the first sylable or CW character due to
finite sense and switch time. The TX Key signal preceeds RF by about 10 ms
and assuming the relays operate in that time or less, there will not be any
shortening of initial signals.

A 432MHz version is in final development. Other band offerings will depend
on demand. Any input that you can give us will be appreciated.
