[Elecraft] K2 Dial Calibration information

Folks,

I promised I would write up something on the K2 dial calibration.
Several people on the reflector provided good input, and I extend my thanks
to them.  Tom Hammond N0SS was especially helpful with his assistance in the
final editing tasks.  I have credited the others within the document itself.
