[Elecraft] #3655 Is now fully functional on the air

I embarassingly found two resistors I'd somehow missed installing in the Q22 (the biasing resistors, oops!!!!) area (undoubtedly due
to the dogs raising a ruckus as I was building that night). It's now got all the audio and all the receive sensitivity anyone could
want!! Next, on to the k2dsp and noise blanker.
