[Elecraft] Samlex SEC-1223 switching PS-Output voltage adjustment?

  VR2 is for voltage regulation.  Do not change VR1.  It is, I believe, to 
adjust the current limiting.

  Meanwhile, I am definitely in the camp that loves the SEC-1223.  I have 
used it for several years and have no noise at any qrg.
