I'd start at the antenna connector and work inward from there, looking 
at the circuit diagram.  Check all resistances in the manual for the 
related circuits and then the DC voltages.  Likely you will find 
something that looks wrong

But I would find out where the 62 VAC is coming from first, and 
eliminate that before it does more damage  :-)
