[Elecraft] AGC adjustment

Wayne, Earl,

I would sure appreciate a short email explaining what to do! I
can't follow what you are saying !?
Are you saying 3.8v with no antenna and the AGC OFF? or,
No antenna, AGC ON, adjust for no difference in noise floor
when switching the AGC ON/OFF??
Or .....  what??
