[Elecraft] FL-110 Bias question

I recently purchased an FL110 and replaced the transistors with =
2SC2290's.  The manual suggests the bias adjustment for the original =
SRF1427's power transistors should be 100mA. =20

I was wondering what the bias should be for these new 2SC2290's should =
be.  I can't get the bias current down below 180mA.  I've set it there, =
and the amp works.  The tx on 40mx is problematic which is probably RF =
feedback in the K2.

Has anyone got any clue on this sort of thing?

Are there any guru's out there - or even experienced experiementors who =
could give me an educated guess?
