I just compiled marote on Debian/Linux unstable, had a bit trouble with the 
$QTDIR and $MOC, but then it compiled and run ok. 
Looks promising for a early beta. Well done, Mike!
Only the tune buttons are looking a little bit "ugly", at least for me ;-)
