[Elecraft] K2 QRP Top Enclosure

In the new K2 and K2/100 Review from the ARRL NCJ (National Contest Journal) 
there is a picture of the back of the K2/100.  Above it is the back of a QRP 
K2 top cover with the KIO2 installed and perhaps the KAT2.  It appears to be 
built into a KAT100-1 enclosure.  Can the QRP top fit into the KAT100-1 
cabnet (without the top and back panels installed)?  Can the KAT100-1 cabinet 
be purchased separately as an enclosure without the front panel LED cutouts 
and stenciling?  Roy Morris  W4WFB
