Question to all the K2 Experts on the group.  I recently purchased the KBT2
option for my K2, but am reluctant to install it.  The manual states that a
voltage of 14.0V must be applied during trickle charge, lest damage is done
to the SLA. I have an Aston SS30M switching supply which puts out exactly
13.8v on the K2 internal DVM, it has no options to increase voltage.  What
have other folk on the list done to get around this issue?  I have a "Smart
Charger" from A&A Engineering, was thinking about putting a connector in one
of the tranverter holes to connect the charger to the battery directly, is
this safe? Thanks.
