Hi John,

I was just having a little party here this evening
after completing my K2 and SSB adapter. I was feeling
good about a job well done and I realized that I had
someone to thank - you! 

I completed K2 #3312 using the 2.5 khz bandwidth
scheme
that you outlined in your "Modifications to the KSB2"
document. Along with the improved 2nd crystal filter
change that comes with the newer K2's, I have realized
the SSB audio fidelity that I dreamed of after
building
K2 #630. At that time there was simply no higher
fidelity option. I keep looking at this little K2 and
thinking I must have another radio turned on somewhere
in the shack, it sounds like a TS850 on SSB and still
beats the stuffing out of anything else on CW.
