[Elecraft] Dead K2 in Phase 2 Help!!

I am in the middle of construction.  Phase 1 checked
our perfectly.  I finished phase 2 yesterday. 
Initially everything worked as it should.  I got the
initial freq set but had to stop for a while.  When I
powered up again, I get nothing: no display, no relay
clatter.  The fuse checks out OK.  The 5 and 8 volts
are ok.  There is voltage on Pins 1 and 20 of FF-U1
but none on 18?.  I have tried powering up without the
front panel and without the control board.  I have
checked all of the solder joints and all components. 
Everything looks ok.  I think I may have a dead RF-U1.
 HELP!! any other ideas?
