Yes, you can get TCXO's that have an ability to move the frequency to some
extent.  However, you would have a very difficult time finding ones that
could replace the PLL reference oscillator and the BFO in the K2.

The Elecraft architecture is does not use a common oscillator to control all
of the frequencies in it.  Therefore, you can not just replace a reference
oscillator with a TCXO which was the point I was trying to make in my
comments to the question.
