[Elecraft] 12V 7A gel cell source?

Anyone know a source for inexpensive 12V 7A gel cells? I would like two for 
portable operation and backups for my computer UPS batteries.

American Science and Surplus had them used for about $10, if I remember. 
None listed now though.  A while back someone on the QRP-L list was selling 
maintenance pulls from medical or alarm systems for about that price, but 
I've seen nothing recently. All Electronics has them new (I assume) for 
$22. That's the best I've found so far.

Anyone have any sources?
