[Elecraft] K1 and K2 replacement front panels added to parts form

Now THAT would be a nice touch for all the CW-only fans and I wonder
if Elecraft could do that as an option, even with long lead time (like
"...on the next build run, don't punch the mic conn on 10 panels...").

[The Ten-Tec RX-350 general coverage receiver, which appears
to use the Jupiter front panel molding, has a dummy plug in the mic
connector hole. Looks terrible! I have only seen web pictures so I
don't know if it is an actual plug or just a modification to the mold,
but it looks more like the outline of a plug.]
