[Elecraft] Dead band on 20M - NOT resolved.

Sorry guys I thought I had traced the problem to the caps but 'twas not t=
he case. Using Tom's, N=D8SS, signal tracing method I thought I had isola=
ted the problem between P2-1 and P2-8 of the K1's filter board. I ordered=
 and installed the "blue" caps and it did not solve the problem. I am get=
ting the same result; band noise on P2-1, no band noise on P2-8 on 20M on=
ly. The relays are checking out fine, the toroid transformers are fine, t=
he caps are new. What else could it be?
