[Elecraft] low-noise 40m RX antenna

Hi, Gene, it's a snap, er, a push of the button lableled "AGC" toggles
between FAST and SLOW; as you already know, pressing PRE/ATT and AGC at the
same time disable the AGC circuit as a toggle -- the same button press turns
it back on.
