[Elecraft] adding grille cloth to K2, K1, KBT1

We like the grille cloth we use with the KPA100 so much that we're going to add it to all
of our kits that use speakers (K2, K1, and KBT1). We'll post something about this in more
detail later, including info on how to obtain the grille cloth if you have an older kit.

But first, I have a question for those who have added their own grille cloth to the KBT1
top cover. What method did you use to secure it? I'm sure that taping it to the top cover
will work, but it would be nice to know what type of tape has been used successfully.
