Now I notice that when I try it at 25, 50, and 70 watts the power is the same
into the dummy load and the antenna.  When I set the K2 to 70 watts and above,
however, the power drops back to about 65 when it feeds the antenna, even though
it can exceed 100 on the dummy load.

In fact, I notice that when I switch from the dummy to the antenna, I see the
power being reduced!  So something is making the K2 reduce power...
