Just to back Mike up, I think the Elecraft  supply and support has been 
absolutely marvellous.
I have built the K1 and KNB1,and an extra KFL1,  the K2, and KNB2, KAT2, 
KSB2, KAF2, KPA100 and haven't had one part missing in all the kits, which 
I think is outstanding considering the parts count involved.

I did once order a xtal to change the frequency on a KFL1; fully expecting 
to be charged for the part, but it turned up Airmail and no charge. Where 
else could you expect THAT sort of service?

I even have 8" of teflon wire left over to feed *MY* dog....
