=46or parts with long leads like capacitors I like to sort them in piles
by value.  Then I  tape them at ends of their leads to the inside of
file folders with masking tape.  I pencil in the value and draw a line
to separate values.  This makes it easy to count and find parts.  When
I quit work all I have to do is fold up the folders. Be sure you don't
mix the parts from the various bags.  Make separate folders and label
what bag the parts are from. For hardware and such I borrow a few
bowls from the kitchen and stack them to put them away.
