[Elecraft] Drakes on the Lake (Special Event)

The Cherokee County Amateur Radio Club, KD5TRG, will be conducting a
special event " Drakes on the Lake" this coming Saturday , 09-14-02
and Sunday, 09-15-02. Operating times will be from 1800Z Saturday to
1800Z Sunday. Frequencies will be on or about 3.875, 7.275, 14.275,
and 21.375 MHZ. For certificates,send 9x12 SASE or No. 10 SASE(if you
don't mind it being folded) to KD5TRG, c/o Brad Low, 840 Henderson
St., Jacksonville, Tx.75766.

We will be using Drake equipment for this event. A couple of TR-4C's,
a TR-7A and whatever other Drake equipment shows. We will be operating
from the shores of Lake Jacksonville near Jacksonville, TX.

So, dust off those mics and come work us. Heck, even if you don't have
a mic come work us. Just please QRS. Most of the guys are not cw ops
and I am relearning(and having a blast). My K2 will be there mostly
for show and tell. Too bad Elecraft doesn't rhyme with lake. HI!
