The way I do it is to use my big computer to download the file to its
hard disk.  Then I ZIP the entire file onto sequential floppies (WinZip
is one program that will do this).  Then I unzip the floppies onto my
laptop into an empty folder.  Then I run the install file on my laptop.

Works fine this way.
