Okay. So I sell my 1,000 sq ft cracker-box here in Santa Cruz, 
California for $400K, buy the place in Idaho, get 4 times the space, 
land, a hot ham QTH and an extra $200K to spend on Elecraft kits and 
what-not....

Sounds perfect, but I'll bet the wife STILL says no! (Some whining 
about a little "snow" I'll bet...Geeez...Life is *so* unfair.)
