Yes, the holes for L16 in the PC board are not oriented like I would want
them to be.  I pulled the leads tight before soldering them anyway.  The
toroid is firm to the board, but is cocked about 10 degrees in a
clockwise direction.  This doesn't seem to have any effect on my KPA100's
operation, however.
