[Elecraft] KAF2 RTC problem

Steve: remember, you can only set the clock/date functions directly after 
turning the K2 on.  Once you've done other things, the clock locks as a 
safety feature.  So turn the K2 on, the go directly to the menu and set the 
clock/time.
