I just got the latest KAT1 ver. 1.3 PIC last week.  I had ver. 1.1.  I
sometimes use a 40 foot wire and 40 foot counterpoise antenna system,
and have usually received the PLO when trying to operate the K1 on 15m
with it.  Ver 1.3 seems to have fixed that.  That's only one trial, but
it's encouraging!
