My K1 with the four-band 40/30/20/15m board will put out 6.7 to 7 watts
on each band with a 13.8 vdc supply, but "only" about 4.5 watts maximum
on each band with the internal battery (10.2 vdc on BAT display).  I
select 5 watts when on external power, and 3 watts when on internal
power.

With the two-band 80/17m board, I get 7 watts on 80m and 5.5 watts on
17m for 13.8 vdc.  On internal battery, I get 4.5 watts on 80m, 4 watts
on 17m.

I'm using some of the new 2000 mA-hr AA Ni-MH cells in the internal
pack.
