[Elecraft] K1 PO w/Internal Battery ? and P-Lo

What's everybody getting for power out with the K1 powered by the 9.6V NiMh
setup ?  Here it's:

40M - 4.0W
30M - 3.5W
20M - 3.3W
17M - 2.5W - with P-Lo

Is this about the limit with 9.6V ?

Did the resistor mod to get more drive from the buffer and it does help.
Not power crazy here, but wanted to get about 3.5W or so for the pileups.
Did a LOT of cap tweaking and this about the best I can do.  Get 6-7W on all
bands with 13.8V.

Was the P-Lo issue ever solved in software ?  Don't recall seeing much on
that....
