[Elecraft] KAF2 RTC problem - addt'l info

I can hear the hash from the PIC when the date/time displays so I think 
it's certainly running.
The two lines whose voltages are wrong are the two that are used to 
interchange data between the PIC and the RTC which would certainly agree 
with my observations. I can't see any activity with a logic probe, I'm not 
sure I would be able to see anything with a scope, but that's for tomorrow 
- too late tonight.
