Oh no it's not!  I'm a software developer and I provide downloadable upgrades to
my customers.  Just yesterday I talked to guy who sore up and down that the
program file on my site was corrupted.  He had to download it FOUR times before
he got one that would install.  I'm not sure what causes this but I see it all
the time.
