It is also possible that Spectrogram 7.0 was compiled with a newer version
of the Microsoft installer than what you have on your PC. There was some
traffic on the list when one of the versions of Eric's K2 Remote program
came out, and I have seen it referenced on several other pages for
downloads I have accessed. I hate to point you in this direction, but......

I poked for a bit, and came up with notes about it, but I can't find a good
download page for it. Hopefully, someone else on here has the link for the
current one.
I guess this means that it is rfc 3092 compliant.
