[Elecraft] Accessing Spectrogram 7.0

I downloaded 7.0 last night and installed it with no problems, so I
don't think it's an "author problem."  I did remove the older
spectrogram first before installing the new one.  If it dies on the
self-extracting install it could interacting with the old version, or
you might be missing some windoze installation files.  I downloaded the
"exe" file not the zip version. Also what OS are you using?  XP does
have issues with some software.
