It helps to have an external computer capable of running the Spectogram (or 
equivalent) program to help with aligning the radio once its been built. 
Other than that, an ohmmeter and/or diode checker might be useful but not 
necessary. A voltmeter can also be helpful but if you get the K2 control 
board and display boards operational, then you will be able to use the K2 
to take voltage readings.
