[Elecraft] Problem downloading QEX article

You will see NOTHING on-screen if you downloaded it directly to your Hard 
Drive! Which should probably be the preferred way.

You will ONLY see the PDF contents on-screen if you merely LEFT-CLICK on 
the article. If you RIGHT-CLICK and follow the prompts to download to HD, 
then you'll see nothing until you manually bring it up in Acrobat Reader 
AFTER it's been downloaded. Because the file was saved directly to your HD 
and not send to your screen.

Do a search on your hard drive for REFLECT.PDF and see if you have one (or 
now possibly more) copies already there.
